Certification-Process

Here we explain our certification process step by step. If you have any questions, please get in touch with us.

1. Audit Application
2. Documentation
3. On-Site Audit
4. Evaluation
5. Certificate
1. Audit Application

The first step to start the audit process is to fill in the registration form on our homepage. After LaboZert accepts the audit application and the laboratory confirms the audit offer, an assessor is assigned to the laboratory. This expert officially starts the audit.

2. Documentation

The laboratory can now upload all documents required for the audit in the LaboZert app. The laboratory follows the audit criteria and is guided through the process step by step in the app.

After the assessor has checked the documents for completeness, an appointment is made via the app to prepare for the on-site audit.

Once the appointment has been successfully made, the assessor starts the audit review. He now has the opportunity to make entries on the individual audit criteria in the LaboZert web app.

The entire process takes place online via the app and is paperless.

3. On-Site Audit

The auditor visits the laboratory on the agreed date. After a laboratory tour and a further on-site inspection, the audit meeting occurs between both parties.

4. Evaluation

After the on-site audit, a secondary audit check is performed by LaboZert. At this point, the laboratory can be asked to provide further documents and upload them to the app.

5. Certificate

After a successful audit check, the laboratory receives the audit report and the certificate. The laboratory can view and download both documents directly via the web app anytime.
