Auditor
How can I become a LaboZert auditor?

You can submit your application directly online via our auditor application. Here you will find the description of the application process.

How is the auditor assigned to the audit?

After successful registration, the LaboZert management checks which LaboZert auditor is the best match for your audit. LaboZert requests the auditor via the app. If the auditor accepts the audit and conditions, the lab is informed via the app. The auditor then officially starts the LaboZert audit.

When will I know which auditor will be assigned to my audit?

If the auditor accepts the audit and the conditions for the audit via the LaboZert app, the laboratory is subsequently informed about it via the app. The auditor then starts the audit.

Invoice
How do I receive my invoice?

After the audit is completed, the invoice is created. It is uploaded to the LaboZert app and you are informed about it via the app. You can access the invoice at any time.

I have noticed that my billing address is incorrect. How can I update it?

Please send us an e-mail to info@labozert.de to change/adjust the invoice address.

If the client and the invoice recipient are different legal entities, we need a cost transfer confirmation from the invoice recipient.

How can I pay the invoice?

By bank transfer, for German participants, we also offer the option of direct debit.

Can I deduct a discount from the invoice?

 Discounts may not be deducted. The invoices are payable without deductions.
